Random Heroes Ascent i think would be very nice and sometimes funny. Arena net should think about things like this

Ummm, no. You have Random Arenas, AB, Fort Aspenwood and Jade Quarry for random style match ups. Heroes ascent is supposed to be a more organized level of PvP.

People will do exactly what they do in RA.

Whenever a team wins an a player thinks that they cannot go all the way, then they quit at the end of the round so they don't get dishonorable.

Yeah it will be funny but come on.... with so many maps to consider, random teams will not benefit at all.

Here's a scenario. A Random team make it to Relic Run. but they don't have and snare or speed boost. Whilst the other team has both. They've made the run so far and now they will obviously fail just because of how random they are. Thus making people question "what the point in all this?".

Yeah it's a laugh and all, but you can just form a Randomway and have some lawls in the Underworld, which is really all what you'll only get if HA goes random.

Plus teams running around without vent = fail.

i think it would be ok but that you can play it only until r5.
so that the people without rank can eventually get in HA...

lol sounds fun but it will absolutly dont work. but maybe once a month a weekend of Random HA, just to give No rank people the chance to play 8v8 for once

They should have 6v6 organized/Random arenas like in the old days, HA random though would be pretty bad, HA has game types that randoms are not capable of doing.

Eh. Would probably be a bad idea - unless it was kept separate from the regular HA and gave no reward other than Balthazar faction. Not that it matters to me, really, given how I've yet to win more than 3 in a row in RA since I started playing (no idea how long now, but EotN was only 3 or 4 months old, I think)... :P

This would be the same as random arena, just with 8 players, and Fame..
And that's what HA is there for... so, no.
If this should work, they should make a new arena called Random Heroes Ascent.

If you want to find a way to play HA and can't join PUGs because you have no rank, join a guild/alliance that does it. PUGing is rarely a smart way to advance. Random teams would certainly allow more people to enter without worrying about rank, but it would also mean it would take you longer to get rank as those random teams would rarely be good enough to advance far.

never will be implemented but nice idea and would be novelty for a few weeks

I doubt this would be a good idea, and coming from an unranked HAer myself (Cant get any fame because its hard to PUG)
Key to getting this i found was to encourage your guild members and alliance members as much as possible and jsut have it as some sort of fun one evening.
Then once people get to grips with it, some will be regular and may take it more seriously.

Happened in many guilds i have been in, including my current one. Whenever they do Ha, they always invite me
